As the Deputy Principal in charge of Administration, Planning, and Development, I play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Principal in the day-to-day management of the institution, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the TVET Act. In collaboration with the Human Resources department, it is our responsibility to ensure that the Technical maintains a qualified and adequate workforce, capable of meeting industry standards and competing effectively in the job market.
