MESSAGE FROM THE HOD
The department has trainees registered for various courses ranging from diploma, craft certificate, Artisan certificate, NITA and CDACC.
Electrical and Electronic Engineering is a field of Engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity in a wide scope of domestic , industrial and commercial activities.
It involves the generation, transmission, distribution and use of electrical power supply. It also covers communication via computer networks and telephone.
The technicians of this course have the capacity to design new electrical installations, do the wiring, repairs and maintenance. The repairs range from lighting systems, electronic gadgets, and electrical accessories among many other repairs.
The department is endowed with one electrical workshop and one electronic lab.
